Hi all,
I am not able to configure the multiple copies option from the Netbackup GUI.
Master server is Netbackup 7.0.1 installed on HP-UX B.11.31
Whenever I try to configure the multiple copies i get a message"One or more storage units are not configured"
PFA the screenshot of the error.
Thanks

Have you tried again after logging in with hostname instead of IP address?
NBU commands/GUI's/databases all prefer hostnames and should match hostnames that were added during installation (EMM database).

did you try selecting the Storage unit names.. instead of Any_avaliable?
how many storage unit you have?
does storage units are loading and able to view form the GUI---> storage--> storage units.. ?

I doesnt show any other storage units even though we have both disk and media manager storage unit.

Yes, it shows the storage units in the GUI

The error message says that there is something wrong with the config of one of the STU's.
Please show us STU config:
bpstulist -L
(in /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd)
If you do not want to show hostnames, replace with 'master' or 'media'.

Your Disk STU should be on a separate volume. Most definitely not under netbackup/db folder.
'OK on root' is set to No. This means that the path must be on separate filesystem.

Hi Marianne,
Sorry for the delay in reply. I have sorted out the issue. Changed the hostname in the login window instead of the IP address and it got clicked... Thank you so much...
