Cannot launch the Netbackup MSSQL Client

Hello everybody

When I click to start the the Netbackup MSSQL Client from my Windows 2003 Client, it doesn´t open.
My Netbackup server is 773 and the client is 77.
I´ve done the Netbackup client downgrade to 7.6.1.2 and the Netbackup MSSQL Client don´t open the same way.

Have you rebooted after the downgrade ? Remember it as that Windows 2003 often required reboot for the database backups to work.

Also the MS SQL GUI often first launches on the second attempt for reasons I have never figured out.

The standard questions: Have you checked: 1) What has changed. 2) The manual 3) If there are any tech notes or VOX posts regarding the issue

Reboot the server is not a good idea for now.

Any other clue?

Only other way I can see is to do what the reboot does by hand if can you figure out exactly what that is.

I took a look on regedit and the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VERITAS\NetBackup\NetBackup for Microsoft SQL Server SQL_STANDARD_PASSWORD_ENCRYPTED is empty.

How can I fill it?
