See if there is BMRDB entry in <install-path>\VERITAS\NetBackupDB\conf\databases.conf
This problem may be occurred due corruption of
contents <install_path>\VERITAS\NetBackupDB\data\vxdbms.conf
Need to repair it. For this you can follow below links

I have tried with creating a new backup policy but it doesnt help.

Does this Master server is confugired for BMR backups?
it is getting the error when it is staging the BMRDB, since it is the only error you can recover it Master server with this images..however making sure that backup with status code 0 is good .

The problem is because bmrdb backup to staging area
you will have to check below
1.Are you using BMR or not ?
2.If you are using BMR then you will have to check the space in staging directory is sufficent to copy bmrdb files and required services ( as suggested by RAM as above)
3.If you are not using BMR then check if there is an entry for bmrdb in databases.conf file
