We are recently upgraded our Solaris 10 x86 server from NBU 6.0 mp7 to 6.5.5
After we did this we have been having problems with the incremental hot catalog backup hanging. We have tried to move the catalog backup to most quite times possible, but this seems to have not helped. The catalog backup will hang while other backup jobs complete, for example on the weekend, it will hang on a Saturday morning and when I come in on a monday it is still running, other backup jobs have ran and completed, but no other Catalog jobs have ran and I must restart NBU to get it fail the job.
I have a open call with support for this issue, but I am finding them very unhelp, it is just a endless ping pong of sending logs, then the case get switched to another engineer, on and on, while our problem is not getting resolved.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
