Catalog recovery

Gurus,
I need to recover the catalog after reinstalling netbackup, prior, I was taking cold catalog backup to two rotating destinations, tape and disk.
I used bprecover -r All -tpath /dev/rmt/ocbn and bprecover -r All -dpath PATH_to_CATALOG_BACKUP, the operation has completed with success and without any error message, however the operation has not recovered volumes and  volume pools information.

When you configured the cold catalog backup did you include the volume database to be backed up?
