I have done a ./bpcatlist | ./bpcatres for a file and the job say it was successful, I have checked the file under /db/images and the .f file has not been restored to where I would expect it to be. I want to try to same job again, however when doing the ./bpcatlist, it has set the catarcid to 0. I manuelly edited the blah_blah_blah.FULL file in the directory under /db/images and put back in the original catarcid ######, It again say file archive when using the java GUI to search for the file, however when I do the ./bpcatlist | ./bpcatres it fails with an error 5.
The orginal catarc job was written to 2 tapes, and I was able to restore a different job on the other tape, so I believe the first tapes is bad, but I want to try the exact same job again, so does anyone know how to set back the catarcid properly, so I can attempt the restore again?
