Hi,
I've a windows 2008 R2 MAster Server and a Linux Media Server. All are running Netbackup 7.5.0.7 (upgraded recently from 7.1.0.4). I'm trying to setup the Cloud Storage Backup option but failed with the attached message.
P.S. I've setup successfuly in a test envronment the same account
Thanks,

This line concerns me:
P.S. I've setup successfuly in a test envronment the same account
So did you decomission everything in your test environment?
If not then it may not configure as you already have the credentials in use.
You may need to use the Amazon Cloud interface to tidy things up properly before you configure it again for your live environment
See the Cloud admin guide troubleshooting section for steps on properly removing an old configuration

Hi Mark,
The test envirnment used a test Amazon account. For my production envirnment I'm using another account to Amazon.

Ok - that rules that out then i guess - depending on how exactly amazon deals with the cloud storage server itself (so still worth double checking it all)
Need to see some logs then ...
bpstsinfo, nbcssc and then OID's 222, 111, 178, 202 and 230
Also check any firewall settings on your live servers / environment
You could just run an All Log Entries report for the time when you tried the configuration to see if that shows anything of note - but we will need some logs to go any further
