Mark,

I have not.  Are you refering to adding the virtual name to the "Client Name" with-in "Client Properties?"  Per my Exchange admin this storage group is attached and active.

Policy Name:       MA-ATL214_215_1st_Storage_Group

HW/OS/Client:  PC-x64        Windows2008   ma-atl214

Detail Status:

11/2/2011 4:27:23 PM - Error bpbrm(pid=13552) from client ma-atl215: ERR - object not found for file system backup: Microsoft Information Store:

from the Admin Guide:

To add clients to a NetBackup for Exchange policy

1 In the Policy dialog box, click the Clients tab.

To access the Policy dialog box, double-click the policy name in the Policies

list in the NetBackup Administration Console.

2 Click New.

3 Type the name of the client and press Enter (Windows) or click Add (Java).

Note the following:

If Exchange is clustered or in a Database Availability Group (DAG), specify

the virtual Exchange name that represents that cluster or DAG.

You indicated that this was a cluster so I was assuming it had a virtual name for the exchange itself It is that name that should be in the policy If correct you should be able to browse to the store in the policy selection list

Thanks everyone.  I'm not sure how I missed that.  Virtual name added versus physical names.  That got it.
