Hi everybody.
We have an environment with 1 master server in clúster with Red Hat, 3 media servers (appliance) and 1 library with 3 drivers. working fine.
We added a new Library IBM with 4 drivers (1 LTO5 and 3 LTO7).
We upgrades the
The wizard to configure the new library works fine, it was detected and configured , STU´s were configurated....we executed the Inventory the medias were registered in the EMM.
We created a TEST policy and selected one of the new STU and a VOLUME POOLS with the nnew tapes.
However the backup failed with the code 96 and in the nbemm log indicate the next : EXIT STATUS 2005000 (EMM_ERROR-MDS_media Unavailable, no media is available)
Additiona if a try to delete the MEDIAID it return the code 98.
Thanks in advanced for your comments.

Okay, so, for 1 x LTO5 and 3 x LTO7 you have at least 2 different STU's (if shared between 3 media servers, then 3 x 2) and you need different media types in the new robot for the 2 different drive types.
What are the densities for the different drive types?
What are the densities for the media in this robot?
What are the densities for the new STUs?
