Communication Services with DLO are down

Environment

Netbackup = 7.1

OS = WIn2008

DLO = 6.1 with MP6 (latest)

Problem

DLO console is not able to open. I have checked both services in the Administrative Tools=> Services and both services are running

My problem is resolved.

The problem was win2008 UAC. Although the user account was a member of Domain Admin Group which i was using to open the DLO Console. I ran the DLO Console run as administrator and it worked.

i am also facing same problem but after change the user also getting same error

My problem is resolved

After reinstall the DLO  Server with Diffrent user.
