Someone know how to get a cartificate to configure LiveUpdate server working with https?

Master Server: Windows 2008 R2

NetBackup 7.6.0.3

Had it working on a test system, know the windows/certificate administrator did something with the web server and certificate. Unfortunately I don't have access to the documentation I did anymore
