Copy image from tape to tape

I am running NetBackup Ent for Windows 6.5.3.  I am not running Vault.  I would like to copy a 200 GB image from one tape to another. 
Is there any way to do this via the NB GUI?  I have reviewed the bpduplicate command.  With all due respect this probably works but it seems overly complicated.

Can you use the NB interface to copy images from tape to tape?

See chapter 6 (NetBackup Catalog) of NetBackup Admin Guide 1.
Under the topic 'Using the Catalog utility', you will find a section call 'Duplicating backup images'. It contais step-by-step instructions as well as screenshots.
