Please tell us what exactly you need to configure.
What type of snapshot backup? Flashbackup? Offhost backup?
If flashbackup, have you specified the full volume in Backup Selection? (sub-directory is not supported).
As a start, please provide your policy config:
bppllist <policy-name> -L

Sorry about the lack of information Marianne, I actually manage Enterprise Vault, not Netbackup, but I'm starting with it.
Well I'm trying to do a Flashbackup, since Symantec recommend it in Backing Up EV Whitepaper:
"This policy will only back up the open Vault Store partition using FlashBackup for Windows."
If I specifict the entire volume, I'll backup folders that I don't need... In my M: volume I got Enterprise Vault folder and Mailboxes folder (From Exchange) - I just need to backup the Enterprise Vault, there is another job that backup my mailboxes.
There is any turnaround for that ?
Here is the bppllist of the policy, but the Plicy Type is wrong, I want to set it to FlashBackup and it doesn't let me set it

Sorry didnt see the auto :
Please review : http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH66832
Overview: After creating and saving a FlashBackup-Windows policy the policy fails to validate one or more clients.
Symptoms: A pop-up dialog box appears with the following message:
Policy validation checks for the advanced client configuration failed.
Advanced client backups cannot be performed until configured correctly.
Policy: TEST_X64 -- client: Win2008x64p --
Snapshot could not be created with auto method
Troubleshooting: Check the bpfis debug log: \install_path\NetBackup\logs\bpfis\mmddyy.log
10:07:21.171 [884.2072] <2> bpfis main: receive filelist:<ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES>
10:07:26.859 [884.2072] <32> onlfi_verify: snapshot services: snapshot target analysis failed: resource not claimed by any provider.
10:07:26.859 [884.2072] <4> bpfis Exit: INF - EXIT STATUS 156: snapshot error encountered
In the sequence above notice that the receive filelist is ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES.
For a Windows system the ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES directive is not eligible because FlashBackup-Windows policies do not support the backup of Windows OS partitions that contain the Windows system files (usually C:).
Note: For a MS-Windows-NT policy the ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES directive is fully supported for Windows Open File Backup (WOFB) snapshot option.
Corrective Action: Remove the ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES directive from the policy and replace it with an eligible volume name.
Windows examples:
\\.\E:
\\.\E:\mounted_volume
This is for 6.5 but the same info applies

Firstly: You need NBU Enterprise Client license to enable FlashBackup Policy.
Secondly: Only full volumes can be selected in Backup Selection. Nothing else will work.
See: NetBackup Snapshot Client Administrator's Guide http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5165

Marianne: How do I know which Client I'm using ?
In addition, Dyneshia and Marianne:
Well as the Admin Guide says:
On the Backup Selections tab, specify the drive letter or mounted volume
(Windows) or the raw disk partition (UNIX) containing the files to back up.
For Windows
Example: \\.\E:
\\.\E:\mounted_volume\
I tried \\.\S:\EnterpriseVault
But I still got the error above...

Check on Master server under Help -> License Keys
The option is only available once you've added the license key.
If not, check your license key certificate if you have an Enterprise Client license.
As per the example in the manual:
\\.\E:\mounted_volume\
mounted_volume is a separate volume that is mounted on the E-drive - not just a sub-directory.
\\.\S:\EnterpriseVault will only work if EnterpriseVault is an independent volume mounted on the S-drive.
And correct license and policy type, of course.
