There is a command called:
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/goodies/bpconverttouch
NetBackup\bin\goodies\bpconverttouch
This will show you the contents of your touch files you currently have.

If the files have not been created on the media servers, you can see the default values in :
NetBackup Backup Planning and Performance Tuning Guide (not updated for 8.0)
Look for these topics:
Default number of shared data buffers
Default size of shared data buffers

WOW, how did I not know about that command? bpconverttouch is excellent to see what you have set.
Here is another helpful hint:
When you create a touch file often NB does not care if you put stuff in it - so document it!
### added per technote http://www.veritas.com/docs/HOWTO69902 for example, so you know why you have that file!
LOL, that used to be a symantec link, I just changed it to veritas, and it does not work. But the thought was good

Hi Rova,
You can check under directory "/usr/openv/netbackup/db/config/" all the touch files if they are created else they will use the default settings and you won't find these files in above given location.
You can check default values which are been set in below link of "Symantec NetBackup Backup Planning and Performance Tuning Guide Release 7.5 and Release 7.6" guide:-
https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.DOC7449
Also you can check with command which has been recommended in above reply :\usr/openv/netbackup/bin/goodies/bpconverttouch -f
This command will also read same touch files which are created at location "/usr/openv/netbackup/db/config/"
If server is appliance then Factory configured buffer setting can be seen by checking below command:-
Settings> NetBackup Misc Defaults
Settings> NetBackup DataBuffers Size Defaults
