Customize scripts over-written after Netbackup 7.6 client upgrade

Hi Team,

In Netbackup 7.6 upgrade guide(page 12), it is mentioned that customized script (e.g. bp_start, bp_end) will rename or overwritten (for Solaris). Statement is applicaple to Master/Media server only or clients may be impacted.

as per my understanding.. its appliciable for Clients too...

You will see in Table 1-1 on page 13 that scripts are listed.

You will find bpstart_notify and bpend_notify in the list. These scripts exist on clients (and servers when they are backed up as clients).

So, Nagalla is right - Client scripts are also affected.
