Status Code 37 is usually when a server is not known or authorized in netbackup.

Please make sure to check bp.conf on your master for the lines: 

SERVER = <server name>

If your media server is not listed, add it and restart services.

When new SERVER entries are added to Master bp.conf, NBU must be restarted.
