DFSR backup job failing with status code 1

Hello All,

I have been assigned to resolve a failed DFSR backup job that produces a status code 1.  This is the first time I have had to resolve a DFSR issue and was hopping you would tell me which logs to enable that would help resolve the issue?

NB 7.6.1

Master and Media sever are SUSE Linux 11

Client is Windows 2012

Please start by showing us all that text in Details tab of failed job. Please also tell us what is in Backup Selection for this backup.

I have not received any input form the end use for the last couple of weeks so, concerning the information requested, I am going to close this post out at this time.  Thank you very much for your help, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it!!!

Might be things like open .pst files.  This is a Microsoft shortcoming, not NetBackup.
