There is a restore that happens everyday that I have not scheduled.
9 occurence of restore with 4 failures with errors 2817 and 150. Two of each for the same machine.
One drive was down and I managed to put it back up but this issue still continues.
I don't want a restore.
Any ideas why this is happening;
Some info below

You need to find out where this restore request is coming from.
There is nothing in NBU that will start a restore automatically and restores cannot be scheduled in NBU (but it can be scripted on a client machine).
Create bprd log folder on the master under netbackup\logs and restart NBU.
Next time the restore is started, you will be able to see the IP address and hostname of the machine where the restore is started in bprd log.
Check with the owners/admins of this machine.
Look for tasks scheduled in OS scheduler that may be automating restores.
The alternative is to completely disable client-side restores and see who complains - in Host Properties - Master - Client Attributes.

At what time did you see the restore request?
The attached bprd log file only contains restore requests initiated on the master server (VICHPANBU001) by a user called gosford.

Speak to user gosford :

You can see below what to look for in the logs.
The 'requesting_client' is the machine where the restore is started.
The folder under user_ops where progress log is created tells you the user name.
