Datadomain Duplication jobs fails with 83. Media Error Open

Hi All,

We have an SLP where duplication jobs are sarted failing all of a sudden with 37. Now duplication jobs are failing with 83. Below are the logs for both the failures. Please help us to identify the cause here.

Your subject says status 83 and the post says status 37?

Please share more detail - as these are 2 different status codes.

operation requested by an invalid server

Status 37 points to missing Server entries on master or media servers.

Ensure Master and all media servers have Server entries for one another.
Check that forward and reverse name lookup works in all directions.
