This looks like an OST plugin error. Have you made any changes to your environment? I would start at the basic and test connectivity to the ports that the OST plugin is trying to use. For example HPE StoreOnce uses 2 ports by the plugin on the media server to write data to the OST device. Port 9387 (TCP Control port) and 9388 (TCP Data port) I would you what you have availbel to test connectivity to those ports. Could you supply some more information around you environment. What version of NetBackup? Windows/Linux ? This will help the forum assist you.
