Deleting a storage lifecycle policy (SLP)

I want to delete Storage Lifecycle Policy using commandline.

Please let me know the correct command/syntax 

I am doing as follows

to cancel : nbstlutil cancel <SLP POLICY NAME>

and to delete : nbstl <SLP policy name> -delete

but its not deleting because it is active
