Difference between Snapshot bakcups and Flashcopy backups? If both the terms are same just mention that both are same,

IBM FlashCopy is just one of the supported Shapshot Client options.
Snapshot client backup is detailed in NBU Snapshot Client Admin Guide http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC3661

Snapshot bacukup is backup from the snap not directly from the client.That means its copy of frozen image of volume.
Flash backup is raw partion backup and its also have the capability that is restore the individuals file
