Difference between cmd and GUI storage unit space

Situation:

I use script (powershell) with command

cd "C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\admincmd"

.\nbdevquery.exe -listdv -stype BasicDisk -dp Mydisk001

and after i split command output it and send to csv

In one dya I so that there are no difference between "last day free size" and "now". It was strange and I recheked script directy in powershell and on the master server. I find that command line return same information, and this (free size) was not the same with space that I saw in GUI.

This problem was solved by restart master server, but I could not understand, how it was possible
