Disaster Recovery SIte

Anyone ever assisted in building a disaster recovery site?? Still not sure of what my objectives are since we have just started discussions. Anyone had any problems that I should be aware of???

Dave Little (VERITAS) and I co-authored the book "implementing backup and recovery", we include in the back of the book two sections:

1. Business Impact Analysis Planning Kit
2. DR Planning Kit.

Keep in mind the level of the disaster you are planning for. Disasters can cover many different areas. If you haven't already done so, conductig a Business Impact Analysis will help you manage the risk based on your business objectives.
