Please. I have little experience with this system. I have a netbackup 9.1 with a master server and 3 more media servers. One of them with disk dedupe Manager and is accusing disk failure. When doing the analysis I saw that the Dedupe Enginer and Dedupe Manager service were stopped. I also saw that some files were missing in the /etc and /var folder. That I had copied from there. As I had a copy, I returned them to their original location. After that, only Netbackup Dedupe enginer is stopped and shows many authorization errors. Is there a way to fix this?

Open a ticket with Veritas Support.
Solving issues after disk crashes requires a involvement far deeper than what this forum can offer.

I don't have access to support at this time.
Would you help me how can I reinstall a dedupe disk. Or reinstall the plugin from disk dedupe?
