Hello,
After configuring a Cloud Storage Server for AWS (S3), Disk Pool Configuration Wizard fails gets stuck at: Fetching disk volume.
After a while following error pops up:
Media servers with connectivity:
cannot connect on socket(25)
We are using Master server as the media server, which is version 8.2
I have tried the following procedures with no luck:

I have created a bucket already, storage not being listed.
Any ideas where should I start looking?

Hello,
Yes, I followed that guide too and it lets me progress with the configuration until point 5, after that in the Disk Pool Configuration Wizard screen no volume appears. I have 2 buckets configured in the cloud AWS both comply with the standards and rules that must have a bucket name according to veritas.
After some time "Fetching Disk Volumes", error 25 pops up. Also, creating a new bucket is not possible, same error pops up code 25. Not sure where to look exactly for more information about this problem.
