Hi, I have a Windows 2000 SP4 server and I want to install NBU 6.5.6 media server software on this server. My tape library is IBM TS3310 with 6 x LTO5 tape drive. My question is: does NBU 6.5.6 media server on Windows 2000 Sp4 support LTO5 tape drive? I searched through NetBackup doc/kb but I was unable to find a clear answer.

Does anyone know about this? Thanks in advance.

I also have a TS3310 but am running Win 2003 Sp2

I know in 6.5.5 I just made my LTO5 tapes HCART3.  As for the drives it sees them as HCART3, but netback really dosn't care what tapes you have.
