One of the tape drive suddenly not working. When attempt to Up, Down or Reset it. It will show:
"Unable to up/down/reset the selected drive: IBM.ULT3580-HH6.000. Unknown drive name(297)"
Where can I find the logs about its status? If the drive is not faulty, anyway I can fix it?

After get "NetBackup Bare Metal Restore Master Server" and "NetBackup Device Manager" services run again.
I use tpconfig to make the target drive status to UP solve the problem

Delete the tape from NBU config, rerun the wizard to add it back.

I restart ltid. But situation become worse.
Run "stopltid.exe" then "ltid -v" in command prompt. It seems that it just stuck at there.
2 windows service "NetBackup Bare Metal Restore Master Server" and "NetBackup Device Manager" immediately stop themselves if try to start them manually.
How long is "ltid -v" need to run?
