Drives missed

Hi All

We have SL8500 Tape drives available in that total 30 drives. but in our netbackup console only 26 Drives showing.

That drives shared diff media servers with SSO options.

How can I find which drives not utilizing..? Pls suggest quickway to check ?

Run scan, make a note of the serial numbers of the drives. Run tpconfig -dl and check that the serial number of the drives show in scan are there. The two serial numbers found in scan that can not be found in tpconfig -dl are the missing drives. Or, just run the device wizard to add the back in. First check that scan is showing all 30 drives. If they are missing from scan they will be missing from NBU, and you most likely have an issue between the OS and the hardware.
