In the activity monitor of Netbackup 7.0.0 under the "processes" tab, I've noticed that there a few processes which have multiple instances. Is this necessary? why does this happen? what can I do to free up some memory?
Here are the processes that have duplicates:
bpjava-susvc
nbproxy
sh
Is this caused by opening multiple instances of netbackup on the master server? Any insight would be helpful. Also it apears that the processor time for the first of each duplicate is really long where as the rest haven't been running as long.
