Duplicate images are not getting removed after crossing high water mark

The Image cleaning occurs only when the storage unit becomes full (i.e. not following high water mark like 85 % or 90 %)

So what might be the reason ?

What version of NBU are you running? kind of DSSU?

Are your duplications all up to date?

Please share more info about your config:

• NBU version on master and/or media server(s)?
• OS on master and/or media server(s)?
• STU config? Please post output of 'bpstulist -L'
• Dedicated LUN(s) for STU(s)?
• Staging configured for STU(s)? Please post output of staging schedules: bpschedule -label <sched-name> -U
• Has duplications/staging been running successfully as per staging schedule(s)?
