Duplications to tapes from MSDP pools are failing post 7.6.0.1 upgrade

HI All,

We are facing a strange issue in one of the MSDP pool i.e. Duplications to tapes from MSDP pools are failing post 7.6.0.1 upgrade.

Since you mentioned that you are facing this issue just after the upgradr to 7.6.0.1 can u verify if the MSDP database conversion was successful and msdp is up and running.. Hope you had not cancelled the conversion process after the upgrade. The msdp disk pool will remain down and unusable unless the conversion is completed. You can refer to the netbackup 7.6 upgrade guide for details of the msdp database conversion.

All conversion happened properly and it was successful. But Symantec is telling that backup images are corrupted , if that is the case then backup shouldnt import but import has happened properly only issue with duplicating images to tapes.

Are you running these duplication jobs manually or through SLP ??

I am having the same problem trying to run duplicates from the catalog screen and the command line.  I can issue the command or choose to duplicate images from the catalog screen.  The command/screen is successfull entered, but nothing shows up in the activity monitor.  I have parallel environments and am experiencing this on both AIX 7.1 and RHEL 6.5 masters.  Any suggestions?
