Your steps look good.
No need to check licensing - as from NBU 6.5, Client Encryption is no longer licensed separately. BMR and Encryption are included in Standard Client license.

Only thing left is to implement....
Just remember to keep passphrase(s) in a safe place. No restore is possible if you lose them.

version_crypt.txt exist on <install_path>\Veritas\NetBackup\share.

And, I could not find this file on NetBackup 7.5.

Hi Maria,

Can i have a note differences i can see after configuring ENCRYPTION on any server as we are going to test it first on one server and the proceed with rest of all if i can have a list of things to trace out after applying ENCRYPTION please help me with those.
