Are you doing this from the robot section in the Admin Console?

Is it just one volume pool that it relates to - or do you mean volume group (in which case they may not actually be in the library .. check the tapes have a slot number)

Do other tapes eject OK?

Is your console refreshed?

Lots of questions i know but just trying to pin down the possibilities

Does the robot have a Media Access Port? Can you confirm that all tapes that you want to eject are indeed in the robot? Can you show us screenshots of what you are trying to do?

I found out tha the tapes had already been removed, and that is why it was not working.  This was a system that was turned over to me after years of use, so it was just a learning curve of what had been going on in the past.  Thanks for the replies
