Ejecting tape after backup job

Hello,
I am using Netbackup 6.5  to backup multiple clients associated with policies, howver netbackup is ejecting the tape aftre each backup job, which prevent the remaing clients from being backed up if the tape is not  inserted manually.
is there a way to prevent the drive from ejecting the tape.
