Few emails alerts were already configured in our Netbakup Infra & which are active now.

Could someone help me how to find where the alerts can be configured & also how to add more email ID.

Hi, it would either be sent via the nbmail.cmd located on the servers or via opscenter. Can you post an alert to verify which one it is?

Where have you configured email notification? Global Attributes or Universal Settings?
