Enable or disable NTFS journal

 I have some question about accelator  

If we do not the NTFS journal under NBE, But enable the accelator at the Policy.  Can we get the benefit of the accelator.

Using accelerator with change journal is recommended. You can use only accelerator to speed up the small files backup.
