Enterprise Vault Compatibility

Hi

I am using Netbackup master 7.6.0.2 with WIn 2008 64-bit and Media server Appliance 5230, 7.6.0.1.

Please confirm whether my Netbackup setup is compatible with Enterprise Vault 11 ? And what is the netbackup minimum version that supports EVault 11 ?

Not yet supported. Maybe in 7.6.0.4

Thanks. I could find below line,

Added support for Enterprise Vault 10.0 on Windows 2012     2014-05-12       NetBackup 7.6.0.2

But my media server version is 7.6.0.1(appliance 5230) will that create any issues while backing up ?

It might or it might not. Unfortunately you know that if you have na issue and phone support, they will quote the compat guide. So rather upgrade your appliance.
