Hi All, This is just to share some information on an issue i faced this week.
My Filesystem backup in the client was running perfectly but my Exchange backup server was failing .
When we checked the eventviewer logs , It was found bpfis.exe crashed. and VSS were not stable. Rebooted the server , still same error.
We uninstalled and reinstalled the Client software in the client. Now the Error was different . Error 69.

We checked and found We had installed the client software with the account which didnt have permission to Exchange server .
We changed the Login account in the client services for useraccount having access to Exchange server and reran the backup .
Backup Completed successfully.
