Hello,

I have the next error detail of the vmware policie.

Hi,

This is snapshot creation error. for that VM. Try to create manual snapshot at Vcenter level for that VM.
There are many post available in vox which can help you to identify and resolve this issue.

The following table describes the VMware issues that relate to NetBackup status code 156.
Table 14-6 Possible causes of status code 156

There are quite a number of possible reasons.
Work through the list to find the reason for snapshot failure in your environment.

Agree with Marianne - check the listing. 

We have had directory permissions issues, snapshots not being deleted, even stuff like storage needing to be rescanned before snapshots working.

You CAN do some detective work, by looking at how widespread the issue is, but likely check the media server for orphaned snapshots, and clean them up.
