Error 2505 on NetBackup Appliance running 7.5.0.7

Continually seeing event code 2505 on our NetBackup appliances. Once the problem presents itself, it is persistent until a restart.  Recently upgraded to 7.5.0.7 (Appliance version 2.5.4) to address, but the problem still persists.  Any ideas?

status 2505 is Unable to connect to the database. as you mentioned 7.5.0.7 would have contianed a fix for a lack of semaphore tuning within the kernel. If your still getting this Please contact support and open a case. 

Do you see the same issues as metioned in https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/backup-jobs-failing-status-2505-and-252?

revaroo mentioned in that thread that Tuning the higher cache limit -ch in the server.conf can help
