Please check the application event logs on the lcient and media server

Staus 50 usually refers to a process crashing (or being killed by anti virus / access protection)

Could you also tell us your NBU versions on Master, Media and Client

Thanks

Please post all text in Job Details as well as full bpbkar log.

Please post log as attachment.

More helpful logs will be bpbrm and bptm on the media server.

Giving us logs with just grep of Client name does not help.
We need to see ALL entries for bpbrm PID [14020] as well as possible child jobs for this process.
Same for bptm - we see 3 jobs for this client with LOTS of relevant info missing because of 'grep'.

We do see the following in bptm for all 3 jobs:

write_data: no data received from client CLIENT_NAME, image not written

This points to a problem on the client.

Please post all text in Job Details for failed job as well as full bpbkar log?

You never mentioned OS on the client?
Any reason for unpatched 6.5 software on client?

Hopefully you are planning upgrade to 7.x within the next week or two? (6.x will be EOSL on 3 October 2012.)
