If its a GPFS file system then its not supported (unless its a network mount located on another system which is exported with NFS).

Please show us the policy for this client.

On master, run:

bppllist <policy-name> -U

We see this error:

TRV - Cannot lstat /usr/GPFSSHARE. Errno = 52: Missing file or filesystem

Is this a local or NFS mount?

If NFS mount, have you selected 'Follow NFS' in the policy attributes?
If local filesystem, have you checked and confirmed correct spelling, case, etc?

Thank you all for your help in solving this error.  The issue was related to the file system and not the NBU Policy itself.

Thanks,

Eric
