Error Code 84 for NDMP Bkp type

Hi Everyone,

I m new 2 Veritas NBU. Our storage library is STK L180 containing 3 NDMP drives.We are having 2 Netapp Filers.We hav NBU 5.0 MP5 running on WIN 2K machine, which is our Master/Media Server.

2 NDMP drives r configured as 1 STU associated with 1 Filer and the third NDMP drive as another STU associated with the other Filer. When i trigger backup of my filer policy (5 Bkp Selections) which has 2-Drives associated with it, 3 jobs get queued, 2 jobs go Active in Activity Monitor, media gets mounted on these drives & then all of a sudden both the jobs get "Requeued" with status 84 (Media Write Error).

The queued 3 jobs go active 1 after the other, and at last the drives in GUI r displayed as down.

Could any 1 help me out by listing the steps which r to be examined & checked in resolving this filer backup problem.
