Explanation: access to the client was not allowed
If you have multiple NetBackup media servers, you should specify all these media servers in the client. You can specify them during the client configuration or from the host properties of the client. If the client is also a media server, you must explicitly add it as media server.
If you encounter error, check whether the names of all of the media servers among the Enterprise Vault servers are specified in the client configuration. You can obtain the media server name from the job details page in Activity Monitor, of the NetBackup Administration Console.
Check this artical.

Do you have more than one media server?
Are different Storage Units specified in each schedule?
Or maybe a Storage Unit group that consist of more than one Storage Unit?
This will explain why one schedule is working but not the other.
As per Kashish's post: ensure that ALL media servers that are allowed to backup Client "D" have SERVER entries on this client.
You also need to ensure that Client D can resolve media server IP address to hostname that appears in its SERVER list.
To troubleshoot, create bpcd log folder on the client under netbackup\logs. Run another daily backup.
After job has failed again, copy log file in Client's bpcd log folder to bpcd.txt and post here as attachment.

Error 59 is name resolution.
Try Nslookup, ping.
After that, send bpgetconfig -M client_name
If you have master and medias, verify if they show on line SERVER=
