Please go back to your previous posts on how to check for devices at OS level before you try to rebuild the sg driver.

You need to rebuild OS devices and then rebuild sg driver.
It does not matter if you remove existing NBU device config before or after above steps. As long as all of those steps are completed before you rerun NBU Device Config.
PS: have you had a look at your older posts from 2017 and 2018?

Yes, I check back the previous post. The problem on the another project netbackup and will follow up the step to fix it.
Current the NBU is configure the media server and master server, I can see the tape on the media server , but there is no tape and content in the /dev/rmt/ directory on master server. I try to use devfsadm and reboot server , but there is no content /dev/rmt/ and there is no tape on the scan command. I try to find the solution on the google if there is any fix
