Create the bpfis debug log on the client. Increase logging level on the client.

Attach the debug log as a file and the community will have a look.

Does the client run 7.6.1 as well ?

Hello. I created the folder:

C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\bpfis

BUT there is no file after the backup.

Just some other clues:

the job status is 1, not 156.
The error are on 2 servers - both part of a Windows cluster.

Have found the blog below very helpful in troubleshooting system state issues

https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/askcore/2010/06/18/reasons-why-the-error-enumeration-of-the-files-failed-may-occur-during-system-state-backup/

As this seems to be a cluster node, I would start with checking if there was any services installed on one of the shared disks.

The standard questions: Have you checked: 1) What has changed. 2) The manual 3) If there are any tech notes or VOX posts regarding the issue

Thank you.

I will check that.
