So, the backup was done for  test-pc. Not the master/media server.

You therefore need to browse for backups for 'Source client' test-pc.

See the steps that I have posted here:

Can you confirm that the Policy type is MS-Windows? and the Client name in the policy is netbackup.pst.isb? And that the backup was successful?

Please show us your backup policy (admincmd folder):

bppllist <policy-name> -U

and output of successful  backups:

bpimagelist -client netbackup.pst.isb -U

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - copy the text output, not screenshots?
To copy text, right-click on the top bar of the window.
Scroll down to Edit > Mark.
Highlight the text that you want to copy
Right-click again on top bar. Edit > Copy.

You can now paste the copied text.

To make life easier, you can go to Defaults and select all the Edit and Text Selection options.
After this, you can simply highlight text and press Enter.
The copied text can now be pasted elsewhere.

The command is bpimagelist. Not bpimage (used for something else).

We have in the meantime seen that you backed up test-pc.
