If not, please share details of your environment and ensure that you have bpbrm log folder on the media server and bpbkar on the backup host.
Logging level 3 should be fine.

Questions you should answer:
1> Job details from activity monitor?
2> Netbackup version on Master/Media and OS version and platform?
3> What job is failing? Snapshot or Backup? Incase you are using "VMware" policy type.
4> For backup jobs failure, please share VXMS logs.
