Hi Team

Need help to take backup of VMWare in netbackup.Earlier backup was running in netbackup.We have done changes in storage.The particular instane datastore moved to another data store.

Getting error below..

Hi,

Please check if the LUN on which this datastore resides is zoned and seen by the netbackup media server

You don't indicate what sort of storage you have moved to but I typically see this when I have set the transport to be iSCSI and the media server cannot access the iSCSI Lun due to permisisons or Lun mapping not updated.

We have moved tye drive from HP storage to Netapp .How do I ensure Lun or permission is mapped correctly.
